Milestones to Boston
This is a list of the milestones to qualify for Boston.

I'm using the Luke Humphrey/Hanson's Marathon Training Plan for the first time. This is really different from my prior plan which allowed for fewer runs per week (3) but longer runs on the weekend (up to 20 miles versus 16 miles maximum now). I get the idea of training to simulate the final 16 miles of the Marathon and not the first 20.
- Milestones Done:
- Run 1/4 mile at 9:09 pace or better π
- Run 1 mile at 9:09 pace or better π
- Run 5km Race at 9:09 pace or better π (JR Taylor Race July, 2024).
- Run 10KM at 9:09 pace or better
- Run 1/2 M at 9:09 pace
- Run Marathon at 9:09 pace
- Apply for Boston
- Reduce weight to 173
- Reduce weight to 170
- Reduce weight to 165
- Reduce weight 160
- Reduce weight to 155
- Maintain weight at 155
- Run 10 miles
- Run 13 miles
- Run 1/2 Marathon
- Run 16 miles
- Run a 1/2 Marathon Race
- Run a Marathon Race
